Routine Maintenance and Safety
The sprayer you have purchased is of the highest quality - we use the finest virgin plastic, high-grade seals and gaskets, and take every precaution in the manufacturing of these units.
However, the successful long-term and safe operation of your sprayer resides with you.
You must take precautions to protect yourself and maintain your sprayer regularly to ensure its longevity.
Use proper protective gear and necessary clothing (gloves, goggles, spray suit, etc.)
Important Points
Wash out the tank of your sprayer each time you use it,
Chemicals should not be left in the sprayer,
Seals and O-rings should be routinely inspected. These routine checks will reveal when new seals and O-rings should be installed, and Replace seals, hoses, pumps, straps, etc. that are deteriorating to prevent leaks and accidents. After Each Use of the Sprayer: 1.Empty remaining spray solution from the sprayer tank. Dispose according to the chemical manufacturer's instructions. 2.Pour approximately one gallon fresh water into the tank and run through the sprayer. 3. Store your sprayer in a dry, shaded area to ensure a long life.
